It’s easy to install the EyeToy as a webcam for Windows, and it’s actually worth doing - the picture quality is excellent, and equals many of the more expensive webcams made specifically for computers. The EyeToy will work for video messaging, making movies, MSN, and also for PC webcam games such as Camgoo. We’ve used the EyeToy as a webcam on lots of desktop and laptop computers without any problems - but of course, installation is entirely at your own risk!
just plug in your EyeToy, get the appropriate driver and install it however you want.
The Difference between drivers is 1 is 4 the logitech version of eyetoy and the other is for a Namtai
Basically:
Namtai are the small silver/black 1’s like the 1 in vid
Logitech are the big chunky 1’s
